My work experience includes counseling and coaching individuals and couples in the areas of life skills (time management, procrastination, personal coping skills, self-esteem, and personal boundaries issues) emotional release, personal loss, assertiveness and conflict management, communication and relationship, sexual orientation as well as areas of diversity, crisis and stress management.

Along with traditional counseling and coaching skills I also employ techniques such as breath therapy, Bach Flower Remedies and meditation to facilitate your process of being in the here and now. I have also trained in the administration and interpretation of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.

I am a member of the Part-time Faculty Department, in the Applied Human Sciences, at Concordia University and O'Sullivan College. My teaching expertise include areas such as, Interpersonal Communications and Relationships, Interpersonal and Group Dynamics, Diversity, Human Sexuality and Relationships, and Self Managed Learning.
